The engines, in the open.

Morsel ships open-source code and discloses every engine it loads. Components listed as planned are not part of this build and are not claimed as used.

Loaded by this build

Source code for each component is available from its upstream project. License texts are included with the packages used to build this site.

The 7z-wasm binary is built from 7-Zip and includes unRAR code under the unRAR restriction. It is used only for extraction of RAR archives; Morsel does not create RAR archives. The corresponding source is available from the 7z-wasm and 7-Zip upstream projects.

IBM Plex Mono and Inter Tight are self-hosted and licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The license permits embedding and redistribution with the software.

Planned compatibility path

The optional ffmpeg path is disabled by default and is not shipped in this build. It is not loaded from a CDN. If it is enabled later, its license and source-availability notice will be published first.

No claim of use

A component in the planned table is not shipped, loaded, or used in the current build. The video tools use mediabunny with WebCodecs, gifenc, and modern-gif, and do not load ffmpeg.
