Scope
This policy applies to every use of Morsel, including files processed through the tools (whether in the browser or on our servers), content generated with the tools, account activity, and communications with support.
Depending on the tool, files may be processed locally or uploaded. Morsel does not routinely inspect file contents. This policy is a rule for users, not a promise of content monitoring.
Prohibited content
- Material that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of the operator.
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or intimate imagery of a person who has not consented to its distribution.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing material, or code designed to harm or gain unauthorized access.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, database, privacy, or other rights you do not have permission to use.
- Content that discloses another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.
- Threats, harassment, hate speech, or content intended to intimidate a person or group.
- Material used to commit fraud, evade sanctions, or launder money.
- Sensitive documents you are not authorized to handle, such as another person’s identity documents or confidential business records.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access another account, session, or administrative function.
- Circumventing credit, rate, file-size, or concurrency limits, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated allowances.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Interfering with the service, its providers, or other users, including denial-of-service attempts.
- Using automation to create accounts or submit jobs at a scale that harms the service.
- Reselling access to the service without written permission.
- Using the service to build a competing dataset by scraping the interface or documentation.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when contacting support.
Your responsibilities
You must have the rights and permissions needed to open, convert, compress, extract, or generate the files you use. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them.
Do not use Morsel as a backup service. Keep independent copies of important files.
Enforcement
If the operator has evidence of a breach, it may remove access, suspend or terminate the account, cancel a subscription, preserve relevant records, and report the matter to the authorities where required.
Enforcement decisions consider the severity, repetition, risk to others, and any explanation provided. Where practical, the account holder is told what rule was breached and how to respond.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to shenyb7@goof.com.cn with the topic “Abuse report”. Include the account email, the time, and a description. Do not send illegal material itself; describe it instead.
We may forward a report to a provider or authority when required by law or necessary to protect someone.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The dates at the top of the page show the current version. Questions: shenyb7@goof.com.cn.
