Plans and prices

Morsel offers 6 plans. Paid subscriptions are monthly: Go — $5.00/month, 500 credits, 250 MB per file; Plus — $12.00/month, 1,500 credits, 500 MB per file; Pro — $29.00/month, 4,000 credits, 1 GB per file; Max 5x — $99.00/month, 20,000 credits, 2 GB per file; Max 20x — $349.00/month, 80,000 credits, 2 GB per file.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. The pricing page is the reference for current plan limits and displayed prices. Each invoice records the plan, credits granted, and amount charged for its billing period.

All plans include the six tools. A tool that cannot process a given file states why and does not charge for failed items.

Automatic renewal

A paid subscription runs for one month and renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled before renewal. When payments launch, the renewal charge will be made through the payment processor associated with the subscription.

If a renewal fails, the subscription may be suspended or moved to a state that limits paid features until payment is resolved. Credits already used are not restored by a failed renewal.

Payments are not enabled in this preview. No automatic renewal charge is made, and plan changes are handled manually by the operator.

Credits each period

At the start of each subscription period, the account is topped up to the plan allowance. If the balance is below the allowance, the difference is granted; if the balance is already at or above the allowance, no additional credits are granted.

Unused credits do not accumulate month after month. The allowance is a monthly limit on the credits that can be added, not a bank that grows indefinitely.

Credits already granted remain usable after a cancellation, subject to the rules in the credits and billing document.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from the account billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current period. The subscription remains active until then, and credits already granted remain available.

Cancellation does not by itself create a refund. The refund policy explains when purchased credits can be refunded.

Resuming a canceled subscription

If a subscription is set to cancel at period end, it can be resumed before the period ends. Resuming clears the cancellation and restores automatic renewal.

After the period ends, a canceled subscription cannot be resumed. Start a new subscription instead; the previous period is not reinstated.

Price and plan changes

Prices, allowances, and limits may change. Material changes applicable to an active subscription will be announced before they take effect where required by law. Continuing the subscription after the change means you accept the new terms.

Downgrades and upgrades are handled by the operator during the preview. When self-service billing launches, the effective date and credit adjustment for a plan change will be shown before confirmation.
